process of handling and packing fruit is carried out under
strict quality controls. At the company's laboratory a whole series of
parameters are analysed to ensure that only top quality fruit is
supplied. Electronic systems maintain the packing
area completely isolated from the other areas of the pack-house and
ensuring a clean and safe packing environment.

(British Retail Consortium) and IFS certification which ensures that
both the processes and the finished products all comply with
